Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-7pm, Wednesdays 9:30am-7pm (Office is open at 8:30, but patients are not seen until 9:30), Saturday 8:30am-1pm & Sunday 8:30am-1pm
In the event that your child must be seen in the office on the weekend or after-hours, an additional fee and higher copay may be assessed. No advance appointments are scheduled on Saturday or Sunday

In Case of Storm/Power Outage |
| In the unfortunate event of severe weather or a power/phone outage affecting North Raleigh Pediatrics, there are several methods to reach us. Check the online and television reports on WRAL and NC17 for delayed hours or office closings. If our telephone system malfunctions, the direct number for our answering service is 877-825-9657. The operators will page us or give you an alternate phone number to access our office. If your insurance company provides an after hours call-in service, you may also obtain basic medical information from their trained staff. In emergency/storm situations, urgent care centers, and local emergency facilities are also good resources. |
